Dev Log 5: First Demo


Hi everyone!

This time we have a bunch of new things, including our first executable of the game.

Turrets.

We have added a total of 4 turrets wich are built in defined spaces on the map .

Building

To adquire a turret there's some spots where you can build any of them using left click (except tesla turret for now)

The demo

For this demo there's only 3 available rounds each one of them starts only through the "start round" button on the bottom right and a total of 5 building spots for you to try out.

For now turrets only shoot via spacebar, with an internal timer (no visual queue yet and no rhythm :c) 

The base has a total of 5 lives, so if more than 5 enemies passses your defenses, it's game over.


Known Errors/Bugs

-When an enemy dies while a bullet is tracking him the bullet dissapears/crashes  (fixed the crash, some bullet types still dissapear)
-Building at the bottom of the screen cuts of the display
-If there's no input while an enemy passes an ice turret, he speeds up instead of slowing


Future goals

Our main goal now that we have a functional tower defense base is implementing the rhythm part to the game (Wich is almost done), with some sound effects and of course some music (there's no way to have rhythm game without a  nice song ) . Also on the other side we are currently implementing a sort of resource for the building of the turrets wich is propably going to be obtained through your great skills of following notes.
